RETURNS

Unfortunately due to the nature of vintage items and their rarity we are unable to accept returns. Since each item that we offer is pre-worn there may be signs of aging and some wear. We do our best to account for flaws in the description section for each product. If however you feel that an item was misrepresented then please notify We Move Vintage by email at info@wemovevintage.com with your order number in the subject section and send back the item within three days of receiving the item. The item must be sent with insured and traceable mail within 72 hours. If the item is returned after three days then we will refuse the return. If we grant your return request then a store credit will be issued including shipping costs if shipping was charged. Please do not try to return an item because it does not fit. We give you accurate measurements for each item. It is up to you to decided whether the item will fit before you purchase an item. We Move Vintage has the right to refuse any return. Please be aware that we document each item to the fullest and maintain records on any flaws the item may have.
